We aim to ensure that every KRIS SOLOMON purchase brings you satisfaction.

1. Exchange / Return Period
   You may return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving it, provided that the item has not been used and remains in its original condition.

2. Return Conditions
   The item must be:
   – new and clean;
   – free from signs of wear or damage;
   – with original tags attached and complete packaging.

3. Right to Refuse a Return
   If the item has not retained its original condition or shows clear signs of wear, damage, or use, we reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange.

4. Non-Returnable Items
   – Individually modified items (length adjustments, tailoring, or other personalized alterations).

We inform customers in advance, as such items are made to individual request and cannot be resold.

5. Return Process
   To initiate a return, please contact us using the details provided on the website.
   Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

6. Refunds
   Refunds are issued using the original payment method within 3–7 business days after the item is received and inspected.
