Delivery Terms

We ship orders within Ukraine and internationally.

We do not deliver to Russia or Belarus.

1. Delivery within Ukraine
   – Carrier: Nova Poshta.
   – Delivery time: 1–2 days after dispatch.
   – Cost according to the carrier’s rates.

2. International Delivery
   – Carriers: Ukrposhta / DHL / Nova Poshta / other services depending on the destination country.
   – Delivery time: 5–14 business days.
   – Cost depends on the destination.

3. Delivery Responsibility
   Once the order is handed over to the carrier, the transportation company is responsible for delivery times and the condition of the shipment.
